Short explanation: London + Sivji-ism = London-ism.
Yesterday, Andrew (one of my roommates) and I hit up Asda (aka the British Walmart) to stock up on snacks and supplies. Since we bought way too much stuff, we decided to wheel our shopping cart home…. big mistake.
British shopping carts have sensors which automatically lock one of the wheels if you try to take it out of the parking lot. Remind me never to buy that much stuff ever again… my back still hurts =(
Side note: Things are expensive, but not as expensive as people think…
